Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE or the "Institute"), established in 1985 as Caritas Francis Hsu College, is a not-for-profit, self-financing degree-awarding institution dedicated to providing quality tertiary and higher education.
Established in 1971 as Bishop Bianchi College of Careers, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC or the College) provides varied diplomas, associate degrees and professional programmes for young learners who wish to pursue professional development or post-secondary education. The College also provides professional diploma programmes for working adults aspiring to advancement, upskilling and further studies.
