Established in 1985, Saint Francis University (formerly known as Caritas Institute of Higher Education,CIHE) enjoyed a long tradition as caring institutions, offering post-secondary education courses. CIHE aimed to become the first Catholic University of the city, Caritas Institute of Higher Education was approved by the Chief Executive in Council to announce that it is renamed Saint Francis University on 9 January 2024.
CBCC
Established in 1971 as Bishop Bianchi College of Careers, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC or the College) provides varied diploma, associate degree and professional programmes for young learners who wish to pursue professional development or post-secondary education. The College also provides professional diploma programmes for working adults aspiring to advancement, upskilling and further studies.
